Hi ptregearframes@b,

 

You can set up an income account on your Chart of Accounts to allocate the government grant received. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. On Accounting tab select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Select New
  3. On Account Type, select Other income.
  4. Select a Detail Type.
  5. Enter a Name of the account.
  6. Select Save and Close
