I appreciate you sharing details about duplicate invoices with obscured bank details in the QuickBooks mobile app, lindsay13. Let’s work together to isolate this issue and get everything running back smoothly.

To rectify this, let's clear the stored cache and refresh your mobile app data to update your application and fix any minor issues in the system. Like the web version, the QBO app also stores a cache, which can impact processes. It could be why you're experiencing this unexpected behavior in your invoices.

Here's how to clear the cache:

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Open your device Settings.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  5. Select clear data.
  6. Power down and restart your device again.

After that, let's refresh the app data. For Android, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then select More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, and click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap Phone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App to free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

If the same happens, you can uninstall and reinstall the mobile app to avoid these unusual behaviors and start fresh.
