Invoice activity dates are incorrect

when checking the invoice activity response ie sent invoice and then viewed section of invoice the viewed date always shows a day ahead of the sent date

I've got the steps to resolve this, @garreth.

 

This could be a browser-related issue. The stored cache can affect the performance of QuickBooks which can cause unexpected behavior.

 

To begin, I'd suggest logging in to your QBO account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

After signing in, verify if the error is fixed. If yes, let's clear the cache of your browser. This helps remove its stored cache to improve the program's performance.

 Also, you can check the date format in your Account and Settings and make some changes if necessary.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings. 
  2. Hit the Advanced button. 
  3. In the Other preferences, click the Date format
  4. Modify it, then tap Save
  5. Tap Done
