Are you unable to save and send the invoice you're trying to create in your QuickBooks file?

 

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting solutions to make sure this isn’t browser-related. Sometimes cache stores up in the system causing problems on the web pages.

 

To start with, log in to QuickBooks from a private (incognito) window. Here’s how:

 

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)


Now, test the solution by creating an invoice. If this works, go back to your default browser and initiate a clear cache and cookies. Here's an article to serve as your guide: Delete my browser's cache and cookies.

 

If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to check if the behavior you've encountered is the same with the reported Product Investigation INV-82020 - QBO users sending invoices to their clients who are not receiving them.
