Is it possible for us to receive an auto reminder from QBO on a customer's invoice due date?

This is so that we can decide whether or not to send the customer a payment reminder.

Let me guide you on how you can set your reminders based on invoice due date. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on Account and settings.
  3. Click on Sales tab.
  4. Locate and turn on Reminders and select Reminder 2 (On due date).
  5. Fill out the subject line and email message of how your email reminders looks like.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. Click on Done.
