Is saying my email is not set up for receipt forwarding. It used to work but all of a sudden it stopped

Thank you for reaching out. Are you seeing this message in an email reply or in the Receipts tab? 

 

Can you please double check the Manage Senders section and be sure your To email is correct and also that your user ID is listed correctly?
