Is there a software compatible with quick books that allow you to scan the barcode and then the item and price comes up on an invoice. Point of Sale for retail shop.

While we're unable to provide which application is suitable for your business needs about being able to scan barcode. I recommend checking the Intuit App center to check the supported application that can integrate to QuickBooks Online. Feel free to visit: https://apps.intuit.com and select Australia country.

Or you can go directly to your QuickBooks Online account and click on Apps tab and go to Find Apps.

The Community is always open if you have other questions about QuickBooks Online.
