Is there a way to reconcile multiple deposits/payments from one customer and match them against a single invoice using the Mobile App?

Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me provide some information about reconciling transactions in QuickBooks.

 

Yes, you can reconcile multiple transactions using the mobile app. If you're using the bank feeds feature, I recommend you start with matching these deposits/payments to the existing invoice in QuickBooks.

 

Please perform the matching process one by one until the invoice Open Balance is zero. Once done, the transaction's status will change to Paid from the customer's profile.

 

After linking the payments, you may proceed with reconciling the account. Review the account in QuickBooks to ensure they match your real-life bank and credit card statements.
