Congratulations on your new iPad, @mickdavisexcavat.

Allow me to clarify things and help you find your existing quotes in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First off, you'll want to ensure you're logged in as an admin to your QBO account to see all the existing transactions made. It's the possible reason you can't find your existing quotes on your iPad.

If you already logged in as an admin, let's find your quotes depending on what you're using (browser or app).

If you're using a browser to login into your QBO account, you can follow the steps below to find your existing quotes:

  1. Click Sales from the left menu, then select All Sales.
  2. Go to the Filter drop-down and select Quotes from the Type drop-down.
  3. Choose the date range of the transactions, then click Apply.
  4. Find your existing quotes from the list.

However, if you're using the app from your iPad, these steps will guide you how:

  1. From your app, go to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Sales Forms.
  3. Find the existing quotes from there.

Please let me know how it goes in the comment section below, @mickdavisexcavat. I'm only a post away if you have any follow-up questions.

You may also want to look at the status of your invoices in the QBO mobile app. This article will give you a glance if your invoices are open, overdue, or paid: Track the status of invoices in the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

Wishing you all the best!
