Morning, is there a way we can automatically send remittances to clients once the payment has been applied?

You can automatically send remittances by selecting Pay Bills from the Plus Icon, selecting the bill you would like to send the remittance for, and then selecting Save and Send on the bottom-right of the screen. This will generate a preview of the email that you will send out to your client, which will be sent out once you click on Send.
