Question

My accounts person just finished two hours of putting invoices in quickbooks and noticed that only one invoice appears. The same with last time. whats going on.

Thanks for reaching out on this and sorry to hear about what happened.

 

2 areas I would suggest you to check:

1. Audit log - Check account person's activity and if invoices were created properly

2. Accounts and settings - Check timeout setting to make sure that your account person won't get lock out due to inactivity in your QBO file.
