My balance sheet is duplicatin payments : its adding what ever amount from an invoice + add the same amount when the customer pays the invoice so my balance is wrong.

It's possible that when you receive the payment, it automatically deposits the money. Then, you still make a separate deposit causing a duplicate.

If you're using online banking, it's possible that you add the payment instead of matching them. To fix this, let's undo the transactions, then match them accordingly. For detailed steps about the process, please see this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Otherwise, you can delete the entry that is a duplicate one. Otherwise, click the amount in the report to show the transactions and make the necessary changes to fix your balance.
