Question

My client has a problem with one of his employees who hasn't received the Super Payments on QuickBooks since this financial year, so how could I solve this problem?

Has your client been able to confirm that the Super Fund details are correct for the Employee? 

 

Also, have all of the batches been processed successfully and paid?
