My custom fields do not appear in the QB app when I am creating an invoice. Is there a way to do this?

We want to be able to add detail to the custom fields when completing an invoice on the app. We use it as a search option, similar to the new 'tag' system that is now in QB.

Currently, the option to sync the custom fields through the QuickBooks Online mobile app is unavailable. As a workaround, you can login to your account via browser to add and show the custom fields on your invoices. You can login through this link: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/login?locale=en-AU.

 

I can see how important having this option be available on the app. I recommend sending your valuable feedback to our Product Development team by going to Menu option and select Feedback. This will be reviewed by the team, and might consider implementing it in the future.
