Welcome to the Community, @rotherysgasservi.

I'll be sharing insights to help you fix the added +1 on your mobile number which appears on your invoice in QuickBooks Online.

Before proceeding, please ensure that the mobile number and country you have entered match with the company phone number and selected country in the company information. Additionally, try entering the phone number in the format: +61 95xxxxxxxx. I'll be guiding you on how to verify your phone number.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Account.
  2. At the upper right corner click the gear icon, select Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Company, then select Contact info.
  4. Select Company phone.
  5. At the left corner beside the phone number click on the tiny flag and choose Australia.
  6. Then select Done to save.
