N the expense transaction page I would like to add another column next to customer column that shows the address of the house we have completed work on. Is this possible

It's my pleasure to share some insights about expense transactions in QuickBooks Online, @vicki-mcclelland,

 

We're currently unable to change the format of your expenses in QuickBooks Online. Editing templates is currently available for sales transactions.

 

As a workaround, you can utilize the Description field, or use the Memo box below the Item Details to add the address. This feature is a great idea to add in our program. I'll be forwarding a ticket to our developers letting them know that you want this preference available.
