Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @userrinaredd.

 

Manually entering invoices in QuickBooks is easy. To get started, please refer to these steps:

 

  1. Go to the +New button.
  2. Choose Invoice.
  3. Select the name of the customer.
  4. Set the invoice date.
  5. Choose the item, enter the quantity and the amount.
  6. Once done, click Save and close.
