New Invoicing System changed back to old Style

QBO updated to a new invoicing system, Not perfect but a nice update. They added a lot of requests.

I logged out and then back in and the new invoicing system is gone. Called support and they told me, my account was changed back to the old invoice system. I asked how to change it back, That's impossible but if you can submit a request to add the new invoicing on/off to a future update. This makes no sense.

Thank you for letting us know about changes to your Invoicing feature.

 

The Support Team is right that we are unable to go back to the new experience yet. Also, know that this is still in the testing stage, so it has not been implemented in all QBO companies, and there is a chance that those in the New experience will still be returned to the Old experience. Eventually, the New experience will become available to everyone after some enhancements by our engineers.

 

I recommend submitting feedback to our engineers on how much you like the New experience. That way they have an idea of ​​what is working for you and what needs to be changed. Just follow the steps below.

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter a sentence or two to describe your feedback and click Next.
