+ new want to create invoices , purchase orders will not allow

Thanks for reaching out to us. We have an ongoing issue with creating transactions like invoices in QuickBooks Online. Our Product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible. For now, we're unable to provide an exact workaround to be performed.

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list (INV-90690). This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users and so you'll be notified once a fix will be deployed.

Here's how to contact them:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company via browser.
2. Choose Help (?).
3. From QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose how you want to connect with us: chat or phone.
