What portion in QuickBooks are you viewing your invoices from, robyn11?

 

You'll want to check the filter if it's filtered to certain status of invoice.

 

Furthermore, you can also make use of the audit log and advanced search to locate the invoices. Audit log keeps track of the activities done in your account.

 

If the invoices are shown as deleted on the audit log, you can use the information to re-enter them in QuickBooks. However, if it's not deleted, let's try browser troubleshooting to see if it's a browser-related concern. Start with using a private window, if you're able to see all the invoices, go back to your regular browser and clear cache. You can also use a different browser.
