There are times that some information won't display due to a browser-related issue. We can check if this is the case by doing the troubleshooting steps.

Here's how:

1. Open an incognito or private browser.
2. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
3. Go to your the Dashboard page. If you can see the bank details, let's go back to the main browser and clear the cache.

We can also try using a different browser to test if they have the same behavior. If the same error comes up, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. We will investigate what's causing the error in the bank account section of your dashboard.
