Question

Our clients have tried to pay invoices with Paypal which we set up, but it won't work. An empty window pops up for a few secs then disappears. How can we fix this?

Hi djurcinovska1, 

 

Is this happening for all of your clients when they are trying to pay invoices? Are you getting the same behaviour when you try to pay using the PayPal option? It is possible that some clients may have an ad blocker or firewall that is preventing the PayPal section from loading correctly, however if you are not able to find any problems such as that, we may need to look into this further. To get in contact with a support representative, you can give us a call on 1800 046 038, or if you would rather get a call-back from a representative or talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact us.
  4. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.
  5. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
