Prefill invoice-email field

I would like to auto fill the "Project #" field from the invoice in to  the"message to customer" when sending invoice-email to customers.

 

Any idea if this is possible?

Hi Invoice123, 

 

Thanks for reaching out. You can edit the message to your customers in the Custom Form Styles settings. This will generate the same reference number in each email. 

 

Alternatively you can use the Custom Fields in the Invoice template to enter the Project number. While it will not appear in the email directly it will appear on the Invoice PDF once opened.
