Quickbooks app not allowing to search customers.

Since updated the new app on my android phone, Iam not able to search for customers. I have deleted and re installed the app and still not working.

Since you continue to get the same result after reinstalling your QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team. Our specialists have extra tools to determine the cause why you’re unable to find your customers using the mobile app. Once identified, they’ll guide you through the process of how to apply the solution.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Head to the Help icon in the upper right to see more options.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab and enter a brief description about your concern in the field box, like unable to search for customers using my mobile app.
  3. Click the Contact Us link to connect with our chat support or select Callback to speak with an agent.

In the meantime, log in to QBO using a browser and search for your customers from there.
