I'm delighted that you joined us here and asked these questions in the Community, sbd-electrical1-.

I'll provide you with all the information you need to assist you in completing these tasks in the program.

First, follow these steps on how to set up a recurring transaction in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and select Recurring transactions.
  2. Click New and choose the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
  3. Enter a Template name.
  4. Select a Type if you want it Scheduled, Unscheduled, or a Reminder.
  5. Provide all other details, then click Save template

More information about this feature can be found in the following article: Create Recurring Transactions in QuickBooks Online

Second, QuickBooks Online allows you to add or sync more than one bank account for Online Banking. Moreover, you can utilize either the Direct or Standard feed to connect with banks, based on the account type and data provided by the financial institution.

As an overview, you can connect by logging in using your internet banking username and password with Standard Feed. For Direct Feed, you can sync your bank account by either completing a Client Authority form or enabling the feed from the Internet Banking settings, specifically for Westpac and ANZ accounts.

Let me share these articles for more details about this:
