You can remove the company address from the email statement in QuickBooks by modifying the default template, @Aliss. Let’s walk through the process together.

The customer statement uses the standard template in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here’s how to update it and remove the company address:

    1. Go to Settings ⚙ in the upper right corner.
    2. Select Custom form styles.
    3. Look for the Standard template, with the Form Type as the Default.
    4. Click the Edit in the Action column.
    5. Select the Content tab, then the Header section of the form.
    6. Tick the +Address link and uncheck the Street Address.
    7. Once finished, select Done.

For more detailed information on customising invoices, quotes, and sales receipts, you can refer to this article: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Did you know that you can also create recurring invoices using the same template? To learn more about this functionality, check out this link: Create recurring transactions in QuickBooks.
