Restore an inactive customer?

Restoring an inactive customer is easy peasy, @vikketer.

You can go to the Customer's menu and make the customer active again. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click Sales/Get paid & pay from the left menu, then select Customers.
3. In the Customers menu, click the Gear icon and put a checkmark in the Include inactive checkbox.
4. Look for the inactive customer on the list.
5. Click Make active.
