Question

Sending paypal generated receipts to QB via email. Paypal seem to have their receipt embedded and no way that I have found to change that. Best way to email receipts?

I'll help you email your receipts seamlessly, @userinfo92.

 

Let's make sure that the photo is in pdf, jpeg, jpg, gif, or png file format to make sure that you can email them successfully. If it's embedded, you can take a screenshot of the receipt and crop it because it will automatically save it on your phone as a jpeg/jpg file format. Just ensure that the details are visible such as the date, amounts, supplier, etc.

Once your bills and receipts are in QuickBooks, you can then review and categorise them into their specific account.

Thanks, however, I already know this.
I am looking for other options or workflow ideas to deal with bulk paypal invoices.

Hi userinfo92,

 

It may be worth your time looking into our 3rd party app integration solutions.

 

Simply go to the Apps tab on the left hand menu in-product and search some keywords.

 

Although I am not able to recommend any specific apps, I do think it will be an area worth exploring to find what you're looking for.
