Hello, edwar64896.

 

If you're referring to the invoice page, it's possible that the Service date has been turned off. Let's check to see if this is the case.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, choose Sales tab.
  4. In the Sales form content section, click on the Service date.
  5. Then, click Save.

But if you're referring to your custom template, it could be that the Date was marked unchecked.
