Question

Since 19/3 the logo has shrunk on my invoices but I made no changes. Setup still notes it as large size. Is anyone else having this problem?

I appreciate your time visiting us here, ryan124.

When you get an unusual behavior in your QuickBooks Online display, it might be caused by a browser-related issue. Your browser stores cache every time you visit a website. These caches will do nothing but accumulate and will cause some display or access problems.

Let's do the basic troubleshooting steps to fix it. To start, open your company in an incognito or private browser. This mode prevents your browsing history from being saved. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Next, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account and try to print an invoice. If the logo size is fixed, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Please make sure to close and re-open your browser afterwards.

Using a different supported browser is an alternate solution too.

You can also read this article to learn more about customising the template: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.

Please let me know of the result after trying the steps. I'll be right here to help you out again. Stay safe!
