Question

Since update on iPhone it’s very glitchy, constantly freezing and not showing all my invoices. Slow to open pages and I have to keep closing the app and reopening.

I’ve reinstalled the app twice on my iPhone and it’s still awful to operate. Very frustrating. iPhone 15 near new.

Appreciate you getting in touch with us about the issue encountered when viewing your invoices is in your QuickBooks Online mobile app, tsargood.

 

Since you were able to uninstall and re-install the app, let's also make sure that the app version is updated. 

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and select Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Click Refresh to confirm.

Once done, let's also restart the device to refresh the connection. Then, open the invoices or sales tab again. 

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can raise an investigation about the issue you've encountered when using iOS app.
