Snap receipt is suddenly missing from my app. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'll help get the snap receipt fix. Upon checking, there isn't a reported case similar to this. Let's run some basic troubleshooting steps to rectify the issue.

 

Access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito window or private browsing. This is to determine if it has something to do with the cache. The webpage is protecting the program from viewing the snap receipt feature. Let me guide you how.

 

For Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N

For Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P

For Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

For Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Next, go back to and check the snap receipt app. If you're able to view it, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This process will optimize the QBO performance. If you're getting the same result, use a supported browser and use the snap receipt from there.
