The app is not allowing email of invoices , it keeps saying try again later??

Thanks for posting in the Community! To isolate the situation, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to remove the error.

 

The first thing we'll need to do is to access your account on a private browser. A private browser does not store any activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behavior in the program.

 

Here are keyboard shortcuts you can use depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to access your account and sent an invoice without an error, then go back to your default browser and clear your browser’s cache. It is a good idea to clear the cache, remove the temporary internet files and help the application function properly. 

 

If you're using the mobile app, let's refresh the app data. Performing this will depend on your device. 

 

For Android:

 

  • From the More Options ⋮, 
  • select on Settings.
  • Click on Refresh Data.
  • Choose on Yes.


For iOS:

 

  • From the Menu ☰, select on Help & Feedback.
  • Tick on Refresh Data.
  • Press on Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstall the mobile app.
