Question

The <item> field is not showing up in any of my invoice templates and not even the standard templates. It was working just a few days ago and now those fields are blank.

Hi Gganderton,

 

Thanks for reaching out, are you able to try and log in through an alternate web browser.

 

Sometimes glitches can happen with web browsers and usually, a new browser or an incognito window can resolve this.

 

The reason I am suggesting this as a possibility is because you have mentioned it was working as normal a few days ago.

 

If no settings were changed in this case then please try the above-suggested resolution.
