The system has a bug. I can't edit the message to customer in the quote form style.

Hi dluxhom,

 

To clarify, is the quote message you are trying to edit not saving properly, and new quotes are still showing the old quote message?

 

In this case, I would recommend contacting our Customer Success Team so they can investigate this issue further.

Alternatively, if you would like a call-back from us or talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.

  3. Select Contact us.

  4. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.

  5. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
