Two things both email related. 1/ Can my invoices and quotes be sent from Quickbooks but via my business email address in Outlook?

I also have had issue with customers just hitting reply to emailed quotes and invoices etc and they don't come to me.  I need my company email to be the return address

I understand what your going through with being unable to receive a reply from your customers. I'll lay sight of this and share ways to resolve the email issues you encountered with emailed receipts in QuickBooks Online.

 

We can inform your customer to submit their response directly to your business email address. By doing this, you'll be able to receive their responses. It's the best action to aid this error you experience.

 

Additionally, if they respond to the Reply button, emails are sent to an Intuit mailbox, where all messages are stored.
