Question

We currently send statements to our customers in bulk. We have both USD and AUD customers. Is there a way to use different statement templates for different customers?

Thank you so much for your question! Are you able to give me a little bit more information on what you are trying to do? Are you wanting to set up a group of customers using AUD & USD separately?

Hi Georgia

We send statements to our customers twice a month in bulk. At the bottom of our statements is our bank account details. 

We have 2 bank accounts - 1 for our USD customers and one for our AUD customers. I would like our USD customers to get statements with our USD bank account details and our AUD customers to get statements with our AUD bank account details.

Currently, I can't see anywhere that I can have 2 templates for statements.

At the moment, unfortunately there isn't an option to be able to customise the statements or have a second statement template.
