We're having intermittent issue emailing invoice with error message "We're sorry, but we can't send email right now because of a problem on our end." how to resolve?

Let's resend the invoices without special characters in the email address field, cindy28.

 

That is the reason why QuickBooks won't send them. Please remove those extra characters then click on the Save and send button.

 

If the error persists, please reach out to our Support Team. They'll investigate the root cause of this and will escalate it to our engineers.

  1. Click on the Help icon. 
  2. Click on Contact us.
  3. Enter a topic (Can't send invoices error:..) and click on Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to reach us.
