Question

What is the best way to record customer sources? To track where your customers have come from such as WOM, FB etc.

Hello69,

When creating customers in the Sales tab you will see that there is a tab labeled Notes.

This is a potential field where you can enter the source of your customers.

Good day, @hello69!

 

You can pull up and customise your Customer Contact List report to show your customers with notes added on their profile.

 

To do so:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Under Sales and customers, select Customer Contact List.
  3. Tap Customise.
  4. On the Rows/Columns, hit Change columns.
  5. Select Note.
  6. Click Run report.
