I’m here to help and share some information with you, John.

Before anything else, what type of report are you checking?

As long as the transactions were recorded, total income should reflect on your Profit and Loss or Sales reports.

When the Internet data in your browser’s cache get corrupted, it sometimes leads to unusual behavior that affects system functionalities. You can perform some steps to get this fixed.

First, open your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys below for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, check your daily income. If the total is registered and no missing amounts, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run better. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative except for Internet Explorer.

If you’re referring to your total daily sales records, make sure your Daily Sales accounts are set up correctly. This way, your income reports would be accurate. See step 2 in this guide for complete instructions: Record your total daily sales in QuickBooks Online.

If you want more details on your reports, you can customise them. Then, use the memorise feature to help you access the information quickly.

Fill me in if you have any other questions or concerns besides your daily income. I’d be glad to assist you further. Have a good day and always take care!
