Question

When I add a customer through quickbooks, it used to add the contact into my phone book on my iphone. Seems to have stopped in last few weeks, would like it back.

I want to ensure you'll be able to add your customer information smoothly in the QuickBooks app, Kev19.

 

I'll be sharing with you some additional troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. 

 

At this time, you can clear your app's data to remove the cache that causes unusual behavior while working with QuickBooks.

  1. In your QuickBooks Online app, go to the ☰ menu.
  2. Click on Help & Feedback.
  3. Tap on Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

or 

  1. Go to the Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. Click on Offload App.

To further isolate, you can uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online mobile app. This ensures that you have the most updated version.
