Question

When I allocate an invoice as paid, it still shows as overdue. My payment allocations are not saving correctly. Please help.

Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to show your invoice as paid.

 

I suggest opening your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window to check if this is a browser issue or not. Then, try to open your invoice from there.

 

To use a private browser, here’s how:

  •   Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  •   Safari: Command + Shift + N
  •   Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  •   Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works, we’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to optimize the browser’s performance and your QBO experience.

 

If you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
