When I press button to Lodge Pay Run with ATO - I get a blank screen with no information...any suggestions please?

Hi soopurple,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

Let me help you lodge your pay run in QuickBooks Online Payrollso you can get back to running your business.

 

Have you tried switching to a private browser when lodging the pay run? If not, I'd recommend doing that first. The incognito window does not save your browsing history making it a good place to check your web data issues.

 

To do that, press the shortcut keys together:

 

Google: Ctrl + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, let's access your QuickBooks Online account and attempt to lodge the pay run once more. If it went through fine, you may want toclear your browser's cache.

 

We'd recommend also checking in your browser's cookies if cookies are enabled in your browser. Here's how:

 

For Google Chrome:

 

  1. Click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right.
  2. Click on Settings and click Advanced.
  3. Click on Privacy and Security, click on Content Settings.
  4. Click on Cookies and turn Off Block third-party cookies.
  5.  

For Safari:

 

  1. Click on the Gear Icon in the top right.
  2. Click on Preference, then click Privacy.
  3. Select Never in Block Cookies.
