When i raise a invoice then press the save send tab it shows as paid.

Welcome to the QuickBooks family. I can share some information about creating sales transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

I've checked here and haven't found any reports similar to your issue. I suggest checking the customer's open balance if it shows negative figures.

 

It means that they have available credits, which will be automatically applied when you create an open invoice. You can either go to the customer's profile or run the Customer Balance Detail or Summary report to check the information.
