Question

When typing up invoices on the system cannot see the whole invoice anymore. Is this a temporary problem or just a frustrating update.

Thank you for letting us know about this behavior in QuickBooks. 

 

As of now, there's no reported issue about users not seeing their entire invoice page. Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps for you to be able to see the entirety of your invoice

 

Start by accessing QBO in an incognito/private browser. The method doesn't use the existing cache data files to load a webpage, which can be the reason why the issue occurs.


Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+P.
  • Safari: press Command+Shift+N.

If it works fine with an incognito window, I suggest going back to your default browser and clear your cache and cookies for the changes to take effect.
 
Additionally, I recommend using another browser if the error persists. Doing so helps us determine if the current one you're using has issues.
