How do I change the wording and who gets a cc copy of invoices sent by email?

Let me guide you on how to update the email message when sending invoices in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to:

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon at the top right corner.
  2. Click on Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Sales tab.
  4. Select Invoice from Sales form drop down.
  5. Click on Messages and edit the Email message.
  6. Edit also the email address entered in the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address.
  7. Click on Save and click on Done.
