Where do I find the customer's phone number so I can chase outstanding accounts?

You can run the Customer Contact List report to see your customers' phone numbers.

Here's how:

1. Click Reports on the left side menu.
2. Type Customer Contact List in the Find report by name search field.
3. If there's no column for Phone Numbers, just click the Customise tab.
4. Click Rows/Columns and choose Change columns.
5. Choose Phone Numbers.
6. Click Run report.
