Let's work together and find your invoices, @infiniti_improve

Before proceeding, could you provide more details about your concern? Did you encounter any error messages, or is invoice #21 the only one you see when looking at your invoice list? I just want to make sure we're on the same page so I can provide an accurate resolution.

At the moment, you can access all the invoices you've created in QuickBooks by going to the Invoices menu from the Sales tab. You can also utilize the search and filter options to find specific invoices if necessary.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Sales tab in the main navigation menu.
  3. Select Invoices from the drop-down menu.
  4. You should see a list of all your invoices. You can use the search and filter options to locate specific invoices if needed.

You may also pull up the Invoice List report. This report is a detailed summary of all your invoices within a specified period. It also provides information such as the invoice number, customer name, invoice date, due date, amount, and status of each invoice. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to Reports in the left navigation panel.
  2. Scroll down to the Who owes you section, and pick Invoice List.
  3. In the Report Period, enter specific dates.
  4. In the Rows/Columns and Filter section select the options you want to see in the report.
  5. Click Run Report.
