Why can we no longer turn on the function in labs to upload our own invoice template for use in Custom form styles?

It looks like this function has disappeared and I really need it

    Let's try turning on the QuickBooks labs feature on an incognito window,  kaz-familyaccoun.

     

    There are times that an issue like this occurs when the system encounter a browser-related concerns. We can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

     

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

     

    If it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. We can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternative.

    Let's resolve the error you're having to import your custom form style successfully, @kaz-familyaccoun. 

     

    If you still don’t have the option to turn on Import Styles after clearing your browser’s cache, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support. They can isolate this issue you’re having in a secure environment and help you in resolving it.

     

    You can reach our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online (QBO) by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below: 

    1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
    2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
    3. Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
    4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
