Question

Why does only my 60min appointment types from Acuity only show up as an invoice in QuickBooks? The 45min and 30min appointments say NO INVOICE in red in Acuity

Welcome to the Community, @userphysicalfocusm.

I understand the importance of syncing data from the Acuity to QuickBooks Online. I'll help you check reasons why some data don't sync.

First, you can check Acuity settings. Make sure you have not reached the scheduling limits.

Also, I suggest checking your Acuity calendar. Click the day in question if something is blocking the availability.

Lastly, QuickBooks Online depends on the data sent by Acuity. Since your appointments that are less than an hour doesn't sync as invoices, I recommend contacting the Acuity Customer Care team. This way, they can check options to sync all the appointments.

I'm also adding this article about recording invoice payments in QuickBooks Online to add some details: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have questions about managing invoices in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
